You place your order by downloading the order form from www.plentypuzzles.co.za , completing it and e-mailing it back to us together with your image(s): We will forward an invoice to you together with the postage price. Upon receipt of proof of payment we will proceed with your order. If you are unable to e-mail us you are welcome to contact us for postage details where you can send your images and order on CD by post.
You supply us with your image or artwork. Pictures are to be supplied in JPEG form. The bigger the resolution of your picture, the better the puzzle image. When the images are bigger than 3MB each, it will be best to send each picture in a separate email. You are welcome to send us your images on a CD by post, we send it back again with your completed order.Things to remember when taking/selecting a photo for a puzzle: Make sure you take the best quality picture by ensuring that your camera is set on its highest resolution. Position your subjects / objects and any writing not too close to the edges for fear that we might need to crop it a bit to fit onto the puzzle dimensions. A daytime photo is much better than using a night time photo as the brighter and lighter colours are better than the darker colours. Solid black backdrops/backgrounds will not be the best choice. Make sure your photo is in focus. Select or shoot photographs that have a lot of detail in the background. A background with one solid colour is difficult to build. Standard size images are best to use as square and panoramic pictures will have to be cropped so you will lose part of the picture.
Make sure you order well in advance as the puzzles and postage take time. Should there be an urgent order, please indicate when e-mailing us and we will see what we can do. Orders received and paid for will take between four (4) to five (5) working days excluding postage time. Prices exclude postage. Postage price is determined by the weight and size of the parcel. E.g. Postage for 1 puzzle (Any puzzle) = R35. 1-2 x A4 puzzles = R35. 2 x A3 puzzles = R49. Etc. When we send you an invoice or a quote for your order we give you the exact postage price as well.
We make use of the South African Post Office to get your parcel to you. Once you have your tracking number, you can track and trace your parcel via the website: www.sapo.co.za or by calling 0860 111 502. If you have given a street address, the post office will send a notification slip to that street address and you have to collect the parcel from the Post Office. Remember to take the notification slip along. Once the parcel is posted by Plenty Puzzles, it is your responsibility to follow up where the parcel is. Should there still be a problem 14 days after postage date, you can contact Plenty Puzzles to make alternate arrangements. Delivery time is an estimated time frame from the South African Post Office but sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances and we do not take responsibility for time delays caused by the Post Office.
Please take note that the colours may change slightly during the printing process.
The correct permission must be obtained by you, the customer, to reproduce a copyrighted photo or image. By submitting a photo to Plenty Puzzles, it is assumed that you have obtained permission and you therefore indemnify Plenty Puzzles of any legal action that can be/will be taken against Plenty Puzzles for the reproduction of this photo or image.
We will not print profanities or offensive material of any kind!
When you need us to design your invitations or collages you email us the details such as colour schemes, wording, images etc. Invitation design is included in the prices. Collages will be charged extra.
For bulk orders, please contact us for a quote. Arrangements for custom-size puzzles can be made for orders in bulk. Bulk orders may take between 1 - 2 weeks depending on the quantity.
